At Good Shepherd our ministries are designed to help you grow personally and spiritually. We offer many different venues of ministry, with a wide variety of styles and focus. Whether it be our kid's ministries, our praise & Worship team, or one of our adult or small group ministries, you will find something that fits with your situation in life.
We love to see our people discover their giftings and find the right place to use them for the Kingdom!

Women's Ministry: Women of Power

Our theme for this year is to be United With Power. We are all unique as individuals but there can be unity without uniformity. We are all different but together we form a fragrant perfume to our Lord. The Gospel of grace bearing fruit in our lives is a sweet fragrance to God

Our Women's Ministry meets the 2nd Wednesday of each month at our church at 7:00 pm. Join us and be a part of our ministry.

*Nursing Home Ministry* If you would like to be a part of this very special ministry please see Shirley Kurk. They visit the Regency Nursing Home on the 2nd Friday of each month, & Golden Living Nursing Home on the 3rd Thursday of each month	COOKBOOKS! We have created cookbooks that are filled with delicious recipes from our cooks. All sales proceeds help support our ministry. Our 2010 cookbooks are available and on sale for $10.00 each.

	PINK Princess In Need of a King Our Women't Conference will begin on September 24th at 7:00 pm. We will meet at 10:00 am on September 25th. Our conference will conclude on Spetember 26th with Pastor Beth Sargent. Our guest speaker will be Krista Hampton. She is on the WM's Task Force for the A/G in Missouri. Registration is $10. OUTREACH	HEALING SOUP MINISTRY
Our Women's Ministry supports Necole's Place, a non-profit special health clinic designed to educate and assist women in our community. The staff and volunteers give assistance to women with options to prevent abortion It is our hope that we can be a small part of helping women make Christian choices and assist them with the care of their children. We can show the love of God to women who may feel they are without hope.	We will be preparing soup for our church members when they are under the weather. The soup will be prepared by our Sisters in Christ in our church kitchen. We will meet in the kitchen and prepare the meals with joy and lots of love. The dates for the meal preparation will be annnounced. Please join this special ministry. It will be a fun time with a purpose and lots of love.

As United Women of Power we understand and activate our power of faith and our prayers. We pray for each other, our church, our community and our world. We pray as individuals and also corporately at weekly prayer meetings at our church. We believe in the importance or prayer and have seen the results in our united prayers. We have witnesses healings and freedom.
